Terms of Service & User Agreement
18+ only. By creating an account, signing in, or using UniLive's, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old. If you are under 18, you must not use this Service. UniLive's, the app, website, and related operators do not take responsibility and disclaim all liability for any access, use, harm, loss, or claim arising from underage use.
These Terms of Service and User Agreement (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of UniLive's and related products operated in connection with UniLive's (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility (mandatory age gate)
- You must be 18 years of age or older to register, sign in, or use the Service.
- You represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet the age requirement.
- Accounts created by or for underage users may be suspended or deleted without notice.
- No underage liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer, Service, and app shall have no duty, obligation, or liability whatsoever arising from use by anyone under 18, including parental or guardian claims.
2. Account and acceptance
During profile setup you must actively agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and confirm you are 18+. That agreement is a condition of using the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account.
3. Privacy commitment
As stated in our Privacy Policy: we do not sell your personal data; we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers; and we protect your account with strong, industry-standard security. Account and content data exist only so UniLive's can provide the features you use — not for commercial data trading.
4. License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, lawful purposes. You agree not to do any of the following:
- Hack or attack — attempt to hack, crack, breach, probe, scan, overload, or otherwise compromise UniLive's, its servers, accounts, APIs, live rooms, payments, or security systems.
- Steal information — access, obtain, download, intercept, or take another user’s personal information, private content, messages, payment data, credentials, or account data without clear authorization.
- Sell or trade data — sell, rent, trade, publish, or commercially exploit any user data, account lists, private content, or scraped information from the Service.
- Copy without permission — copy, clone, mirror, scrape, or mass-download other users’ profiles, content, media, chat history, or room data for reuse outside the Service (except where the app’s own share features clearly allow it, or where law requires fair use).
- Impersonate or deceive — impersonate others, misrepresent age or identity, phish, social-engineer, or scam other users.
- Abuse the platform — harass, exploit, or harm others; post illegal, abusive, or infringing content; interfere with live rooms, gifts, messaging, or payments.
- Reverse engineer / automate abuse — reverse engineer the app, bypass rate limits, or use bots/scripts to harvest data, spam, or create fake accounts, except as allowed by mandatory law.
Breaking these rules has legal consequences. If you violate this License and acceptable use section — including hacking, stealing information, selling data, copying user content without permission, scams, or other abuse — UniLive's and the developer may take action under applicable law, including but not limited to: reporting the conduct to law-enforcement or regulators; preserving and disclosing evidence as required by law; pursuing civil claims for damages, injunctions, and recovery of costs; and seeking criminal prosecution where the conduct is a crime (for example unauthorized computer access, fraud, identity theft, or unlawful data trafficking). Platform actions (ban, deletion, forfeiture of virtual items) do not replace or limit legal action.
By using the Service you acknowledge that rule-breaking is not only a Terms violation — it may also be unlawful, and you may be held personally responsible under the law. UniLive's is not responsible for harm caused by users who violate these rules, but we reserve every right to act to protect the Service, other users, and our legal rights.
5. Other users’ information is off-limits
Any personal information or content you see about other people on UniLive's is for using the Service only. You may not collect, screenshot-harvest, copy, store outside the app for resale, sell, leak, or misuse other users’ info. Doing so violates these Terms and may be prosecuted under privacy, data-protection, and computer-crime laws. We may take legal action and cooperate with authorities if you break this rule.
6. User content
You retain ownership of content you create. You grant UniLive's a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service (including live streaming, feeds, and messaging). You are solely responsible for your content and interactions.
7. Virtual items, gifts, and payments
Coins, gifts, premium features, and similar digital items have no cash value outside the Service unless we expressly state otherwise. Purchases may be processed by third-party providers and are subject to their terms. Refunds are handled according to applicable store/processor rules and our policies.
8. Live, party, and communications features
Live rooms, party rooms, karaoke, messaging, and related features may be moderated. We may remove content, mute, ban, or restrict features to protect safety and platform integrity. Real-time media may be processed by third-party streaming providers.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNILIVE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THEY SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATED TO UNDERAGE USE, FALSE AGE REPRESENTATIONS, OR FAILURE OF A USER TO COMPLY WITH THE 18+ REQUIREMENT.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify UniLive's and related operators against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms (including hacking, data theft, copying, or selling user information), or your misrepresentation of age or eligibility.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal risk, or to protect the Service or others.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. Material updates may be highlighted in-app or on this page.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of uniapplab.com, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your jurisdiction.
